We offer a range of packaging solutions and run multiple, high-speed production lines, capable of handling any volume you need. We’re agile enough to retool those lines efficiently to meet your custom needs if one of our standard packaging solutions isn’t an ideal fit

Bottles & Jars

Our bottling line handles the end-to-end process from fills, cottoning, heat-shrink security sealing, labeling, outer-carton, master shipper, and case pack boxing. Larger configurations can include a scoop if needed for your product. We work with a wide variety of bottles and jars, from tiny 60cc/4oz pill bottles to 2-gallon jugs, available in glass or plastic. While we do not provide the bottles, jars, scoops, or boxes, we can recommend suppliers to assist you in purchasing them. Additionally, we can print lot coding to meet your specific requirements.

Tear Open Single Use Pouch

Available in a large variety of sizes, materials, and configurations, from single-use square sachets to larger tear notch pouches. Our lines handle paper, plastic, foil-lined, mylar, and other materials. We can also run unique configurations such as dual-pocket pouches (think margarita mix on one side and glass rim salt on the other). When ordering film, we provide you with the unwind number and any dielines needed. Additionally, we can recommend film suppliers to assist with your order.

Stand-up, Gusseted Bags & Re-Sealable Pouches

We package gusseted bags in a large variety of sizes and a number of different materials to suit your needs. As you likely know, gusseted bags are designed to stand up on their own on shelves and are a great solution for things like bakery batter mixes, coffee, and other powdered or granular products. We can print lot coding and include scoops or desiccants into the packaging as needed to meet our customers’ individual specifications.

Stick packs are slim, tube-shaped packets that are ideal for single-dose applications. They are commonly used for products that require precise portion control and are perfect for on-the-go consumers. The compact design of stick packs makes them easy to use, store, and transport. We can provide you with a list of suppliers for purchasing film, as well as the necessary unwind number and dielines for designing the pouch film. This ensures your packaging meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Toll Blending

We offer comprehensive toll blending services, specializing in large-scale ingredient blending based on your specific formulation. Toll blending, also known as contract blending, involves the mixing and blending of customer supplied raw ingredients to create a finished product. With extensive experience working with a diverse range of ingredients, we can accommodate your needs with batch sizes ranging from 1,800 to 3,000 lbs, with the ability to run up to 7 batches per day. Which means we have the ability to work with any blending customer small or large. We also offer pilot smaller blends of 300 pounds if needed to test runs. Our services are designed to meet the unique requirements of a wide variety of customers.

Foil, Fiber and Metal Cans

We can run a variety of foil, fiber, and metal cans, ideal for everything from snack foods to drink mixes. Our production lines are capable of handling consumer-sized cans and offer various seal and lid options to fit your application. Specifically, our machines can run two sizes of cans: a 311 and a 401 size. We can include a foil tear top and a plastic over cap on the cans and incorporate scoops or other necessary components, but we will need you to supply the cans and additional components.
